The lead founder engaged in meetings and 'across' America consultations that saw other co-founders based in Baltimore, MD; Boston, Waltham and Worcester, MA; in California and an African-based team coming up with concepts and inception blue-prints. A website will be up and running by end of 2013. We have achieved the following so far:

3. Developing MEMATS
4. Designing concepts and inception timelins that can be accessed via this blog and facebook.
5. Presenting a plan before our consultant and resource mobiliser
6. Designing Code of Conduct
7. Designing and agreeing on MoUs with Consultant which will be signed to commit Jjaggwe Foundation/Africa Community Development/Education Resource Center to progress, Fixedand Planned Outputs and value for money.
This morning a brief introductory conference call between the Consultant and Co-founders established a better picture into each sides' expectations. It is our hope that the Education Resource Center will be a model replicated all over Africa and beyond.
